GENTLE, SOOTHING AND REFRESHING! This Skin Toner is an integral part of my "Ceramide" beauty regimen. It does much more than just eliminate the remainders of cleanser left on my skin... it actually returns my skin to its normal Ph balance, stabilizing its function.
