Stays in place... Went on a little thick with the applicator (need to have a steady hand), but once on and dry, you have to remove with eye make-up remover to get it off--no running or flaking. I ordered the brown but it looks black, I see no difference. A little expensive, but nice overall. 01/11/2013

LOVE IT!!!! I absolutely love this eyeliner. I have worn liquid liners almost all of my life and have always had issues with flaking, fading, and the color not being as dark as it claimed to me. I have black hair and often wear dramatic looking make-up: cat eyes, red-lips; almost pinup girl looking. This eyeliner is my absolute favortie eyeliner EVER! I've used Maybeline, Revlon, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown and many others... for a long wear, lasting true color, and waterproof liner this is a go-to product. For those that didn't like it, all the other brands I mentioned will probably due. Elizabeth Arden Black liquid liner is for me and I will always use it and hunt it down if it's discontinued! 09/19/2012
Flakes into my eyes! This product is horrible! It flakes off into my eyes and is a huge mess. Very disappointing. The color is also disappointing -- the one I ordered is supposed to be brown, but is so dark that it appears black. 07/10/2012
