Why don't you have Vanilla shell anymore?

Hey Miss Bee. I, too, love VANILLA SHELL. It's the perfect shade for my little pale face & has such wonderful coverage! I got Customer Service "help" to try a new shade in a different Eliz. Arden makeup formula & after putting it on, I looked like I'd been dead 3 days -- white as a ghost & nowhere near Vanilla Shell color. SO MUCH FOR EA PROFESSIONAL ADVICE! I think we're faced with switching to Lancome or another quality brand. GOODBYE ELIZABETH! Thanks for the memories.

It seems the shade selection always changes...a few months ago, the shade I had been using was no longer available, so I changed to "perfect beige." Reorderingn, but only two shades are available - cognac and buff. What happened to the shade selection?

You discontinue this, but kept the other ceramide products?? You recommended 240N to replace 05 Cream - nope, not the same color OR quality!! I can find this quality level at the drugstore.
