Rated 4 out of 5 by from My skin feels great! I used the Ceramide capsules many, many years ago, and just returned to them. So far, I am loving the way my skin feels (and looks). I am 65 years old, with excellent skin in spite of years of sun bathing. I wash my face with soap and water, but am religious about wearing night cream and moisturizer during the day. I've been using Kiehl's products for years, but now I may switch 100% to the ceramide capsules. (My only complaint is the price, which I feel is too high.)

However, this new formulation lays on top of the skin for hours making makeup application in the morning impossible. The two main ingredients used to be ceramides but they are now "smoothing" chemicals. I spend $180 on this product assuming the new formulation would be of traditional high standards but it is not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEW FORMULA ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!! I USED THE ORIGINAL FOR YEARS AND LOVED IT. THIS FORMULA JUST SITS ON TOP OF THE SKIN, STILL THERE IN THE MORNING. IT BOTHERS MY EYES, MAKES THEM WATER. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA.....PLEASE !!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I have been using Ceramide Capsules for years and have LOVED them! I recently tried the Advanced version and am very disappointed. They do not absorb into the skin at all, unlike the previous version. So disappointed and sad, Ceramides used to be the best!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed at the new formulation As a person who just fell in love with the product, I am extremely disappointed that Elizabeth Arden had reformulated their ceramide capsules. The addition of coconut oil is not a good idea at all. It significantly increase the greasy feeling of this product and makes it difficult to be absorbed into the skin. The new formulation is also not as soothing as the old formulation. Why changing a classic formulation that has been loved by so many customers for years and years? I will not be buying again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Than The Old Formula I used these capsules for many years and loved them. They were great while in flight or after climate changes. Really improved my complexion. The new Advanced formula seats greasy on my face and never soaks up. An hour after application I will have heavy grease on my face and neck as if I just had applied it. Great pity that the formula was "improved". I will not shop Elizabeth Arden again after this disappointment.

I never believe these things work, but this one does. I am 71 and my skin has truly improved since using this.
