I am 68 yrs. old and have been told I look 40ish. Can't explain, no wrinkles only say I've been using Elizabeth Arden my whole life. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Why did one person say to start slow & not use the capsules every day, in the beginning? I’ve been using it am & pm , as directed.

The only capsule we do not recommend using it daily at the beginning is our retinol ceramide capsules (which should only be used at night), and every other 2-3 days until your skin gets used to it. I am just starting to use the Ceramicide Daily Youth restoring Serum capsules. Do I need to use the Skin Renewal Booster Serum just at the beginning of this new skin treatment? This isn’t going to be necessary on a continuous basis, right?
