Begin applying the liner to the outside corner of the lower lash line and draw small, feather-like strokes, connecting each one as you move to the inside of the eye.

Use the same trick on the upper lash line. Color intensity should face as you move inward from the corner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pencil eyeliner EVER! This is the best and only eyeliner for me. I’m 55 and have the “wiggly” eyelids I never thought I’d have. This pencil does glide on and is easy to build up a thicker, bolder dramatic look. The smudge sponge tip is very useful as well. The formula is not dry and does not tug on your eyelid. I purchased Black Velvet and the first time I wore it I received compliments. I’ve since purchased another for myself and one for my daughter. I love this eye pencil! I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves recognition.
