Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but don't like Mineral Oil! These are nice. The packaging is cute but there is no way you can use it and put the cap back on without creating a mess. Once you apply the oil then there remains oil on the applicator. I have to wipe it off every time with a tissue. Also the cap never feels secure so I will not carry this in my expensive purses. If I paid full retaiI would be pretty upset to learn that this expensive lip oil was made primarily of mineral oil, aka baby oil,.which is such a cheap ingredient and is in the NYX $4 butter glosses. I found mine cheap at TJ Maxx though

How do you apply this lip color?

Hello, Sarah53! The black part of the container is a cap that you can unscrew to then squeeze the container and dispense the product. You can use a lip brush, fingers, or apply it directly on the lips.
