How do you use eyeshadow primer?
Apply a thin layer of primer to clean bare lids using your fingertip or a small brush. Smooth it on from the lashes to the brow, to the outer corners of the eye. Let it dry for approximately 30 seconds, then apply eye makeup. For oily lids, a touch of translucent powder on top can add extra staying power.
